All lesson packages are non-refundable. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. All lessons must be booked and paid in full in advance to secure the spot in our schedule. Until students are capable of independent grooming and tack-up, part of the lesson time will include that instruction. Group lesson durations may be adjusted if fewer than 3 riders are present: (1 rider = 30 minutes - 2 riders = 45 minutes)
To confirm your first lesson or assessment, full payment must be made via e-transfer to: Ray@rcra.ca
A screenshot or receipt of the payment must be sent to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
We do not reserve any spots without proof of payment.
This e-transfer payment applies only to the first lesson or assessment, and the first time a student purchases a lesson package.
For all following lessons or packages, payment must be made directly at the office, and students should bring the receipt to us.
